Dive Site Black Mountain

The Black Mountain is an extension of the "Mountain of Fishes." The journey to this very far-off dive site takes 30 minutes by boat.

The very deep reef begins at approximately 25 meters and drops to over 50 meters with its steep walls. In the deeper part of the reef, there are overhangs and caves, but these are not accessible. Of particular note is a steep wall from 25 to 50 meters covered with black coral and a dendrophilia (hard coral) at the bottom of the wall at 50 meters.

This dive site can only be visited by very experienced divers in small groups. The dives here are decompression dives in all cases. We do not take divers to this dive site without the necessary licenses and experience. A separate fee applies for dives at this dive site.
